Datalat is a young initiative that promotes collaborative projects using open data and technology. We are based in Quito, Ecuador, where we run workshops, community events and conduct training and research as well as implanting projects with local and international partners.
We do believe that data will be a key element in the design of policies and solutions that drive sustainable development.
Priorities as a partner of the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data
The core of Datalat's activities is open data: we believe in the power of data to trace and track the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through our activities, such as designing and implementing collaborative projects, we aim to use data for social good and to achieve sustainable development.
Datalat is fully committed to achieving the data revolution for the SDGs in developing countries.
