The Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data is hosting The power of population data: data of the people, by the people, for the people to achieve Agenda 2030, a webinar series that aims to spark interest and share knowledge on the importance of population data.

"Civil Registration, Vital Statistics and Identity Management Systems," on 4 December, provided an overview of what CRVS and ID systems are, why they matter, what happens when they're not integrated and the importance of a holistic approach.
"The Power of Linking Civil Registration, Vital Statistics and Identity Management Systems" took place on 12 December. This webinar took a deep dive into 6 country case studies (Armenia, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan, Namibia, the Netherlands, and Peru) that have pursued a holistic approach to their civil registration, vital statistics and identity management systems.
