Organized by Mali’s National Institute of Statistics (INSTAT), in collaboration with the Global Partnership, this workshop brings together representatives from some 40 organizations as well as actors within the National Statistical System.

The workshop, on June 20, is part of ongoing work in Mali led by the Global Partnership, funded by the Islamic Development Bank Institute (IsDBI), on assessing, analyzing, and providing recommendations for food security and agriculture data, intending to improve the coordination and availability of data for informed policymaking.

During the workshop, representatives will discuss an evaluation report developed by the Global Partnership, focusing on how to overcome the challenges and implement the recommendations to agricultural and food security data that can guide decision-making in national development planning.
