Hotel Reservations and Travel Arrangements
The official program runs from 9:00 am, Wednesday 21 March to 1:00 pm, Friday 23 March (with lunch until 2:00 pm). All are welcome to warm up drinks on Tuesday, March 20th at 7:00 pm -- further details will be provided. A Data Dive session is also taking place on Friday, from 1:30pm - 7:30pm, with more details forthcoming.
If you are waiting for a response regarding travel support to attend the Data for Development Festival, please do not book any travel until you have received a response as we cannot reimburse pre-booked travel.
If you do not require a visa to enter the UK, then please go ahead and book your accommodations. We have arranged courtesy rates for participants with several Bristol hotels. To book please follow the instructions below. Please be aware that these courtesy rates are only available until February 27th unless otherwise specified below. Airports and Travel

London Heathrow is conveniently connected. Delegates can take a train from the airport to Paddington Station, and then a train from Paddington Station to Bristol Temple Meads station. In March 2018 there will be trains between London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads every 30 minutes. The journey time is approximately 1 hr 40 mins.
