This event at the Africa Climate Summit will be a catalyst moment that highlights the power of data and technology for concerted multi-stakeholder approaches to climate action. It will be an opportunity to highlight progress made in harnessing data and technology, innovative partnerships, creating a more enabling environment that encapsulates data values and a people centered approach to tackling the ever-pressing impact of climate change; while inspiring collaboration for urgent multi-stakeholder action.

The session will feature distinguished global leaders reflecting on the interventions by the first panel and focusing on highlighting strategic opportunities for scaling, including financing, equity in access to and in leveraging technology, incentives for strong political leadership,public-private partnerships and influencing policies that will increase investments that strengthen sustainable, accessible and equitable data systems - with a special focus on climate change. This will be followed by an interactive Q&A with participants.
